I agree with some below. I rented the Flex for a week to go to Lake Tahoe and it was pretty good.

I rented one in SF to go up to Lake Tahoe, it was very comfortable and stable in the snow. Back home I love my Land Cruisers but I can't complain about the Flex overall.
