I think I just peed a little.
What if it's down for a week after the hurricane passes? What about two weeks? Get a new ISP? Sorry, there is only ONE option in my area. The point is, I want my console to work and play games, whenever I want it to work and I have an active power outlet.
You've obviously never lived in a hurricane prone area that had sole dominion to a shitty cable provider like Comcast.
Yep. After wasting $80 on that piece of garbage SimCity, I am going to be VERY wary of purchasing anything from EA.
Well said. It works just the same way as a PC does. Sometimes shitty games like SimCity get released that require online connectivity and are riddled with unnecessary DRM. If the public is educated as to the pitfalls of the terrible publishers behind those games, they will avoid them.
You're conveniently leaving out the weight that tilts the scales in Sony's favor.
If only. If they announced another Chrono Trigger I would fly to Japan and throw money at the Squeenix building.
So if I buy an XBone with FF15, and a hurricane comes and knocks out my internet connection, I will not be able to play FF15.

Yay for politically incorrect humor! Bring on the fake outrage!
I agree. The world of the Witcher seems far more interesting. With it being open world, it's going to be an epic experience. As good as DA:O was, I don't expect Inquisition to have nearly as much depth.
Oh look, it's Red Dead Redemption: Tactical Espionage Action.

You're taking a cynical joke response a little too seriously, but I'll play along.
No. You would probably have mass starvation and a large amount of chaos due to over %50 of the population suddenly vanishing. Religious people that harvest fields, run power stations, maintain water supplies, all gone and no one there to fill the void. Darwinist-Athiest gangs would form and quickly arm themselves,…
