I'm really glad to hear that! Hope you like it! D:

I wish I was better at writing down dreams too, but I'm a heavy sleeper... You should go back through the notebooks and just find good ideas, small or big. I do it from time to time, and sometimes, I find a daydream that is worth gold! I derived it from a technique being used on MGS2, where each member of the team…
I try to get every cool dream or idea down, but sometimes it's just too much, and I actually forget a lot of what I come up with... have to have my books close, and ready to open on the first blank page. Just so that I can pour my excess fantasy into the books.
Check out MY notebooks!:D
I will check it out!:D If you want me too look at your game or help you in any way, just tell me. I like to believe that I can make good gameplay out of everything, so maybe I can do something, or at least hear what you're thinking, I owe you that much!:)
Pixygon/Leviathan Here's that old demo! I included instructions, and the page linked has some other material too! I'll see about the trailer for tomorrow (4am here! :S), but the trailer should be the same as the demo. Thanks for liking the name!:D I was really happy, and surprised that no one had done simple math nad…
Same as I do. Carry a notebook in my backpocket. I've also done it to my "thing" so people expect me to carry one of my books, so they call me out on it if I forgot it, that way, It's much easier to remember to use. Im not good at drawing at all, but I squeeze in about five full page drawings each day, and try to fill…
Writing stuff is free, so I tend to do that when all else fails!:) Because of that, I now have this big... thing, haha. I'll share the demo on Pixygon.wordpress.com now soon, and I'll link you to it too!:) It's an oooold demo, but all criticism is needed! You want me to look at your stuff? I love checking in on what…
The game is very retro, mostly because I can only draw in 8-bit resolution, and because it's easier to... hide things!:) The game plays very much like Zelda 2, except my focus is on creating many gameplay opportunities, from a very basic control scheme. I'm also trying to make a game that plays as a modern one, but…
Oh but I have stuff to show! First, there's a lot of stuff on the blog, second, most of it must remain pretty secret, for reasons you would see when playing. But here's one screen:
I have some pitches yes! Depends kind of on who asks, so I modify it slightly.
Comparing-pitch: "The storytelling of dark souls, and solitude of Metroid, meets the bosses of Shadow of the Colossus, in the style of NES Mario."
For the man unknown to games: "A game that does something a book and movie will never ever be…
I'm just about at the same place as you. I have a lot of documentation, art, level designs, and a plan, an idea, that goes for ten years ahead, at least. And it seems its a good idea, first guy on my team I let into the idea, said he had to keep tears back for twenty minutes, because it was so overwhelming. The…
The game industry is not about money? It's the biggest media industry of them all, by far! Of course CA could have given him a raise, because, Halo 4 made money, it was kind of big. But, that money often seem to get lost in the "Break even" process. (Spend the money you earned, and what you didn't use, so you stand…
This kind of continuity, like the newspaper referring to last of us, is a big part of the game Leviathan!
Link's Awakening was my first Zelda game, and I remember doing EVERYTHING before taking the end boss. I want to grow old and senile, forget about it, and play it again, over and over. Fantastic game!
Fuck. I had this exact idea. Only without the plane, but a lot more story, dark souls-style. was going to start development after summer. Well, hope this turns out good, because I think you could make this gameplay very scary!
If you like this, check out Leviathan, by Pixygon. It's pretty early in development, but pixelated and a deep focus on story and hard puzzles!
There's tons of AWESOME games on the 3DS, if you regret the purchase, check out more games. There's something for just about everyone...
