If she’s wanting to go by Lily and it isn’t just an article error, I can see it. I just haven’t seen anyone else refer to her in that manner previously.

The books describe the symbol of the Outer Planets Alliance as a “split circle.” I think the show uses that anarchy-esque symbol as the “split circle” of the OPA. It’s not meant to be “anarchy” specifically, but the similarity was probably done on purpose.
