There’s the fun stuff too like taking the kayaks to the intercoastal; camping gear to the Woodlands; Chairs, coolers, umbrella, and bbq for the beach; among other things. 

What about the bags of cement, live trapped raccoons, 25 gallon palm tree, leaking chainsaws, flagstone, 25 cans of half empty paint, and pond shell?

A variety of things... as long as you tie them down properly. A cargo net, tie down straps, or even bungee will work depending on the cargo.
