Every manufacturer should get one, 1 vehicle that has an ICE option. You can lower the buying pool by exempting it from safety regs as well. 

The best way to fight this is to find out who are the PACS supporting these politicians and doxing them to find out the companies they own.

You are completely forgetting/ignoring the mentality of the average Disney visitor. They are there on vacation; happy, excited, and looking for a family friendly good time. They are not mean or surly after working a hard days work and have to push through others to just get home.
