I had to buy a Mobile 1 replacement cap for my C7 Z06. Car number 27 off the line and it’s been perfect with over 11k miles on it.

It’s true that the pressure helps. However the pressure plus the heat combined is not enough by itself for the fusion process to begin. It needs a little quantum jumpstart to get things going.

Fun fact: Our man made fusion machine would be hotter than the Sun. The fusion in the sun only happens because there’s so much damn Sun it functions in part because of the Uncertainty Princple.....not because it’s hot enough to happen.
