The Penelope thing was a bit weird. You could tell the idea was to use one of the cast members to turn on the ideology. It’s just a shame that they made it seem like such a shallow detail. Not even a piece of broken background logic.

We have a art gallery/workshop in Toronto called The Power Plant.
It’s in a touristy area where they have nearly finally finished off this decades long revitalization. In a perfect world, You would find Zapdos easily there.

I’m not 100% sure if they’ll do that. Some of the kits sell, but the Toy to Life genre has been flooded the past year or two. You got amiibo, Dimensions, Infinity and Skylanders all fighting for your dollars.
