One thing I haven't got straight yet: does this "platform", DRM, actually brings something good for gamers? Or is it just another way of screwing up people that actually buy games?

One thing must be said in Guitar Hero defense. I played it before starting with the real guitar (back with the first Guitar Hero), and the truth is that it helped me with my finger strength and agility. Not to mention some notion in keeping a rhythm.
