This reminds me of "Rose," the first Doctor Who episode of the reboot, when all those mannequins came to life. If they'd used #8, I don't think I would have watched Who at all. Which, you know, would have been a shame.

I've been somewhat disappointed with Eleven/Moffat this season of Who so I'm super excited to hear Torchwood news. Captain Jack should be plenty full of emo angsty rage, especially if the show finally acknowledges that the man has lost just about everybody and everything that means anything to him.
