Duke Nukem was in development hell for over 10 years.

It was added to Ps+, you must have missed the month it was on before. I still would recommend the buy regardless! Should be able to find a cheap copy

Depends on the server, my server (diabolos) was one of the biggest to begin with but has been open since they re-opened the servers while i know others have been locked down again.

The hard mode version is alot more interesting, alot of running about avoiding plumes etc. Not too challenging if you have a good group but its the first primal hard mode fight so it isnt suppose to be (Garuda steps it up alot more, haven't got to Titan yet)

I still want a shirt of that but alas they sold out years ago.
