Yes you can, Xbox has something called Download History, go to that and simply download the "pass" again. If it's saying you can't, go to xbox.com and reassign all your dlc to the xbox you use, it might have dist-attached after formatting

It wouldnt be DMC without 7 difficulty levels, or did you forget that? Working through those difficulty levels is so fun, albeit some of the early ones are easier but i imagine alot of newer players need those.
