I would imagee it’s related to the fact that the dragon blood runs strong enough in him to allow him to turn into one. everyone else who has dragon blood is unable to do so with exception of your kid.

she was. some folks like to use shes cyborg and can look how she wants but her choice for her whole life was to look like herself until the end of the move or the first graphic novel.
