I agree. To me it seemed like two immature adolescents unable to empathize with the other. If I were a more cynical person, I'd point to this as a microcosm for how the gaming industry "leaders" act. No wonder many people look down on the industry for its sophomoric attitudes and behaviours. :(

Animated series or the animated movies? Because they're two very different things. I've seen Flashpoint, and it's one of the goriest animated films DC's ever made - or Marvel, for that matter. I just dont know how you could make a game off if apocalypse now. It just doesnt lend itself to gaming that well. That said, Spec ops the line was as close as we are going to get to one and that game is fucking fantastic. I cant belive more people dont talk about it. Its a bloody masterpiece!
