@Paradox Viper: Probably just so it made more sense: they're halfway up Mount Olympus, why would there be a burning city in the background?

@deanbmmv: I disagree, you can literally see pores on Kratos's face now! He looks much angrier too, the improved lighting is showing much more off. You couldn't really make out the horses/chariot/ancient Greek god of the sun in the demo because the simple fire effect completely covered them up, you can actually see

@Andrew Wyatt: Please FUCKING GOD don't judge GoW on Chains of Olympus, the worst in the series. It was just a portable spin-off made by another developer. It was essentially just tons of repetitive combat. It did nothing particularly memorable. If you're going to play any GoW and judge the series on it, let it be GoW

@DarkPGR: You realise GoW has tons of genius puzzle-solving sections? And platforming? Combat is just 1/3 of the gameplay. And I hate how people seem to be treating GoW III like it's a brand new game and criticizing it. Back when it was first released on PS2 it was hailed as falling from Olympus, and it should still

@AndrosZ: It's actually Morpheus.

@ImmaLion: No, it...uh...yes. Yes it does.

@Alternate: Makes more sense I guess, seeing as the game takes place on Mount Olypmus.

The only thing that puts me off Home is how slow it is - so much loading, lots of freezing, avatars run really slowly etc.

Sorry to sound critical, but wasn't this article a bit pointless? None of those results are particularly interesting, and you'd get pretty much the same results on the English Google.

@Boom-Chicka-Ah: Here to Create a Star Commenter Empire: Sorry to spoil this chain of "excellent" jokes, but I think his eyes are supposed to be Hazel, but he's often shown in post-produced scenes with really orangey-brown coloured eyes to make him look more intense.

@Ethereal87: Again though, it's not like the over-the-topness is GoW's selling point; that's just it's style. It's selling point is that its a game based on mortals versus gods within greek mythology, and it does that very well. A lot of "epic" games tend to be really boring and feel incredibly nerdy - God of War's

@Chris Richardson: Wow, I just started the greatest debate in Kotaku history! xD

@mruler360: That's not a PS3, looks like some kind of modem.

Does anyone else see this "SHOW ME YOURE BOBIES" thing becoming a classic internet quote?

Very well made. Bored me a little though, but the actual production was excellent.

I imagine a lot of the submissions will stem from their new "window-smashing-gravity-fuck-up" system. Oh yes, and how is it possible to design a non-violent kill?

@Alternate: Mediocre action? Black was an amazing FPS!

@Ethereal87: Since GoW I, the series has been portrayed as not giving a f*ck about censorship; lots of violence, lots of cruelty, lots of nudity, and sex. It's just part of the series' style.

@excel_excel: Yeah, and keep in mind the E3 demo was...well, what the game looked like at E3. Last June!
