He’s a business, man.
He’s a business, man.
Exactly! It basically divides Prince in two in my mind.
It’s unfortunate, but he’s said some stuff that seems to point that way. I think it’s all post-religious awakening, and it tends to go the way those sort of things tend to go.
I love the show and books, but yeah, Camus’ The Plague says more about the brutality and beauty of life in 350 pages than GoT/ASoIaF ever have.
So what does the right stick do? Is there any reason that couldn’t control the cockpit view?
Not to mention that Dozeal firing was probably less about her race identity in the abstract and more about the fact that she had been actively lying to her superiors and fellow academics. You could replace that with something less internet inflammatory, and she still would have gotten canned by the university.
Apparently the documents straight up say that they can’t disable features or have ones in Neo that aren’t present in Base. Whether this will be enforced or not, who knows. If it happens, I could see it going in a bit by bit sort of way that you describe.
Agreed. That was one of the most incredible things about it (and, I’d argue Mario 64 though to a lesser degree w/r/t to the camera). It wasn’t just a “Hey, they made this in 3D and it works!” It was impressive because they seemingly figured everything out on the first try.
For real. How dare he mention that this stuff is so crazy even his only family is having their privacy invaded.
I thought for, like, a second that the Gall Spaceport music was about to play during the second half of this trailer.
Ah that explains a lot then. Because the video itself (other than the ending) definitely seems in jest.
The “No more oreos!” line is the giveaway that it’s meant to be a spoof.
You would think some of that Facebook money would go to a PR firm.
Huh. I’m not sure why I looked that up, but it was... Hm.
I mean, the “effects” look like a tweaking of opacity and then masking some other bullshit over it. Look at that second photo: the light sources are clearly coming from opposite ends. This is almost stupendous in the tiny amount of work it must take.
That’s the best part! This is like a ten minute, tops, photoshop job. I read this and think, “Wait, I could be making how much on what kind of schedule?!”
Uh, is that one of the Mii on her knees six up from the bottom what I think it is?
These reunion shows are the first ones to kinda bum me out, though, since the tickets largely went to people who were already going to Panorama and media types.
Man, I was blown away at how quick that shit sold out. I nearly paid a shit ton to go to the show, and while I’m sure it was a good time, I’m glad now that I saved that money.
This is actually an incredibly accurate critique of BIG.
