I can’t speak to this mod, but I came across some in Skyrim like that. They’d be beautiful textures, but the displacement/scaling/bumping/some other tweaking just wouldn’t be there, rendering it flat and lifeless looking. That doesn’t plague all of them, obviously, but it just means you have to seek out ones that work…

The EU stuff already has addressed this with something (I think?) called the Iron Blockade. I thought that angle of the universe was interesting, so it’s cool to hear Rebels has fleshed it out some too.
