not really. If you're lazy then any option is too much work. depending on the paint, you could spray and play after 10-15 mins of air drying the paint. If an hour or less of work is too much work, sir, you need to stop being so lazy.

Sure the person doing the shop has to know what they're doing, but you could easily make a copied layer, invert it and play with the visibility of the layer to get the shades you want, then cut out the buttons and joysticks and BAM. done.
