Ultralights and light experimental planes like these are still my favorite way to fly. It’s the most free feeling, bird-like, and versatile way to fly out there. Most of my best flying experiences/stories came out of flying these little planes.

I think that Green (with wide yellow stripes) says that I am bold, but still value classic, timeless things. I chose this color scheme because I like old club racers & the idea of a “gentleman racer”....not sure if that makes me some sort of greasy hipster or not.

There are a whole slew of aircraft in the ultralight category that could be considered, but my favorite would likely be a single place Hurricane (or variant). Less than 300lbs, fully aerobatic, and accessibly priced.

I would think the simple solution would be to take in a slow, big breath and BLOW....

At least the prize isn’t a Cadillac Cimarron.

He should change his name to Stabby McHeadlucky

The daily beater...up to the amount of one year’s running costs. Beyond that, I’ll start weighing the option of moving on to a new beater.

Manual...NO sunroof...I’m drooling.

Flying an airplane about 10 feet off the ground, slaloming through the trees. Definitely felt like a video game.

How the hell did I make it to this page. I wasn’t a space hero. I was a space VILLIAN! (that’s me in that picture)

Interesting lounge conversion, but they missed out on a chance to turn the entire thing into a giant bed by changing the center row seat design and laying down the backs, Hash Airflyte style. They could’ve done it all...lounge *and* orgy chamber.

Without a doubt this one. After driving the Atom, everything else just paled in comparison when it came to the performance driving experience. I now consider my Exige to be a comfy GT car in comparison. The idea that this car ruins/spoils it for other cars has been a running theme from everyone I gave rides in it for

Speed blur photo during parade laps (no helmet) = comedy

Show her you are a responsible guy that can be a good family man, too. It’s a turbo (fast & fun), and it’s super cheap at less than $3k, leaving plenty of money in the till to fix any minor issues (seat and transmission leak) as well as take her out on a FANTASTIC date.

The practical result of another government shutdown will be the further loss of power by both major political parties and a hastening of incumbents being voted out of office.

I’ve been first person on scene at a few bad accidents. The only situation that left me perplexed about what to do was one in which a man had rearended someone at high speed and ended up with major face lacerations, glass embedded in his face and very near (possibly in) his eyes. Though he was bleeding profusely, I

I think it’s AMAZING that the folks at Autocar were *almost* able to reach 20mph on the track in a Morgon 3-wheeler. BALLS OF STEEL

I would’ve LOVED to have been there, partying up and being all manic-as-Tom-Cruise-on-Oprah happy....just to pump up the awkwardness. Not as schadenfreude though...just as a way to be weird. I’m sure I would’ve been escorted out, though.

He’s riding the coat tail gravy train as far as he can.
