In most of the country, the answer to the title question would be "Purchase a firearm; learn how to use it." I'm not sure if that option's available to you, though.

I'm truly sorry that this happened to you. You've had to learn the truth: the police won't protect you. Only you can protect yourself. And, unfortunately, NY State and City laws make that very difficult to do.

For that repair money you could get a used pickup that isn't a cupcake playing dress-up with delicate LEDs and sensors and stickers and exotic metals. A real GROWN MAN truck with hair on its chest that shotguns Genny Cream. A pickup that will make Denis Leary wet his pants and cry for his Mama.

You know...a FORD F-150.

Who pays $52k for a pickup? Crazy people.

Really, who uses electric grills? I'm an Alabamian, and we do it the way grilling was intended: with hickory wood chips or charcoal. I had my charcoal grill on full blast in the snow last year, and earlier this month when the temp reached 25 degrees and eating good.

Meanwhile in cleveland:

yea, he's been a menace. Bill isn't wrong. That said I appreciated his bump draft move to split the Corvettes earlier.

The video of the guy on the ladder was just agonizing to watch. You absolutely knew it would end badly. Do you think the plan was "Climb down the ladder real fast when it starts to fall"?

Wouldn't it be easier to impose regulations and increase standards on driving tests across the country? Why not solve the problem (train and educate drivers) instead of trying to put a band-aid on it? Just a thought.

Few things in life are more entertaining in life than spectating at a boat ramp.

The Cummins B-series inline 6 diesels.

Great if you leave the wheels on when you work on your car. 90% of the time that's not the case for me. I also like to jack the car up just once. Jacking the car up to slide these under, then jacking them up is to many steps.

Maybe this drag run came down to which car had the better driver and got the better launch. The Viper pulled ahead first only to have the Z06 catch up and pass it. In the end, the snake posted a run of 12.17 seconds at 122.97 mph to the 'Vette's 11.75 seconds at 124.35 mph.

He had a quicker elapsed time, but in drag racing, he technically lost. It's first to trip the lights that is the winner.

That's a nice van... but I'd definitely prefer the trailer option.

The fact that the Dodge Neon did not make this list and the Geo Storm did is atrocious.
