It's even worse in my country, it's 24%. Add to that bastards trying to cash in here and there on store prices so they add even more to it.

A bit more my ass. 400 Euros is 513 Dollars. Good day.

Had this game been about girls portrayed as pieces of meat, the article would've been published by Patricia.

I agree that Apple, unlike some haters out there keep saying (and why I am not one of them), did do quite a lot in advancing technology. I do not, however, agree that they should be viewed as if said technology would not have gotten to where it is now without them.

While I actually don't agree with his post and do think Steve Jobs contributed a lot to bring us where we are, you still exaggerated in his glory by saying without him it wouldn't have been possible, and now we get to my original post replying in the same vein.

It's obvious why I picked on you, since you give all the credit to Apple when it's irrelevant. If not Apple, then something/someone else. It's silly to believe so much in Apple. That was all (oh, and I wanted to use "eater" instead of "monger" but I thought it was too much, maybe you would've like that).

Ah, Patricia. Living up to your name I see. Guess that's why I didn't even bother reading the article. I knew what I could expect from it. Better to just watch the video and be done with it.

Apparently, I missed my window opportunity for editing. God damned shitty Kinja commenting system.

Finally, someone with good sense. I was thinking exactly the same thing. There is so much shit they are wasting time and resources on. On what grounds did they even hold him? How did they manage to charge him with terrorism in order to break his rights and hold him for over 24 hours? Why wasn't he judged in liberty?

What I think should be paid more attention to is the person that actually tracked down this kid and got information on him, in order to report him. Isn't that some form of violation? Sheesh. Fucking idiots, abusing and misusing the law, it really doesn't help America's image, I can tell you that.

I agree completely. This guy is scarred for life. His social and financial life ruined because he is now on record, and his mental state forever ruined because of what is going on in jail with him and how everyone will see him afterwards. They went every wrong way about this, like delivering a baby using scissors

I think you misunderstood him and should watch the video again. He wasn't comparing this guy's joke with a situation of screaming fire in a theater. He was giving an example of when it's not okay and not a matter of freedom of speech and should be held accounted for. And he's right. You do the screaming part, you

The Boogie Man.

8 years without parole, c'mon. There shouldn't be any jail time at all. Community service, maybe even a fine. They posted a bail of 500 thousand dollars in order to force him to go to trial, that is an abuse of his rights, of the 8th Amendment. Everything here is absolutely ridiculous and out of line. This is a case

The guy asking: "Was my life worthwhile?" sounds to me a lot like the actor who played Crixus in the Spartacus series.

It wasn't about being Apple hater, I care not about Apple that much, it was about you sounding like a fanboy. Can't I bash a fanboy without being a hater?

What does that make you, an infant? And what would I Alt + F4, this discussion? Good.

You cannot possibly know that. That's like saying we wouldn't have planes without the Wright Brothers, when in fact there was at least another that discovered flying in another country at around the same time. It would have just come either later and/or from somewhere else.

I'm giving up on arguing with you. There's a saying in my country: You don't battle minds with a fool because his mind is well rested.

Innocent until proven guilty is actually part of the system, not just how we'd like the world to work. Even if it wasn't, and it was just my idealism, it would still be the right way to do it.
