Digital media tied to hardware is archaic and is why Nintendo gets so much flak. Just like buying a game on a disc. If the disc breaks, you're shit outta luck and you have to purchase it again. There I can see a problem.

Why would they remove the Kinect? It's a part of the console and part of the appeal. It's bringing next gen features to the table that can't be said for other consoles.
