I have grown rather fond of Mazdas decision to not support touch screens in the 2024 CX-90 we just bought (caveat: the top trim gets it back) but it is ABSOLUTELY safer to use the very intuitive knob in the center console rather than touching that screen (which is also position pretty badly for touching).
