I could never forgive backing off the original definition of Draconian, which can’t sit next to the Kang stories. Their original form of demonic perversions of nature, unredeemable ones,  is much preferable to me.

My recollection is that the Dargonesti were the worst for this.

This is straight up terrible advice. Those books are cash ins, and of middling quality. 

You neglected the essential massive amounts of onions my friend. 

Dragonlance Legends is set after Chronicles, but does include some time travel magic fuckery (but to the ancient past) so confusion is understandable.

The interparty dynamics remind me of my family. So in that sense I found gem comforting and assuring.
