The CBD conversation in general set aside, isn’t dermal applications of THC or CBD proven to be complete horseshit? I’m no expert, but thats not how any of this works. You can’t just rub any old shit on your skin and get it into your bloodstream.

Admittedly, in my also extensive scientific studies, I do get a general calmingeffect with CBD (which I use almost exclusively for anxiety, and also almost exclusively when I can’t be high for whatever reason), and also weed is fucking awesome

I was fine with it specifically because of the reasons you mention. Black humour is honestly the one of the only way to cope with these things, and in the context of a summer blockbuster it might possibly be the only way.
