I’m having a bit of trouble understanding his dismissal of mental health practitioners as he seems to only talk about medical doctors. I mean ok a psychologist could be a PhD and use the honorific doctor but most of the ones I’ve used don’t do that and that doesn’t feel like what he is describing.

I don’t get the notion of criticizing the best capitalist.
