I would not want to eat steak and eggs right before a 12 hour flight under the best of conditions...

People should profit from whatever they can get people to pay for. Full stop.

Now there is some interesting stuff in here where standard internet hyperbole might be creating content that is actually actionable. (to me that describes the lions share of most “internet drama controversies” of the last few years). Some of

Nor is charging regular price really “gouging” in any case.

The advertisement in question has a few segments where, through omission, total nudity is implied to a degree that I can’t easily find a comparable example that has ever gone to air.

I really wish Starcraft worked on my modern Mac...

One of the many things that made Harry Potter so great was the specificity. Rowling was drawing on real places to create Wizarding Britain. It was all based on things she knew backward and forwards.

I need AWD.
I really prefer something a little higher off the ground.
Someone make a crossover SUV with sliding doors.

No AWD? ....fuck

Sorry, but the way she shoves around her class based privilege is a total deal breaker to the attempt here. Maybe if “she” was being “she” without the spectacle and associated monetization I’d give this some credibility.

I fully admit that she may be being entirely genuine and I’m blinded to that fact by her rampant

“real story here isn’t about a famous half of a Hollywood powerhouse being the woman she always was”

One think that gets overlooked by the nerdosphere is that the films go out of their way to make themselves palatable to a much wider audience. You know, so they can make a ton of money.

A lot of people use small batteries, as an augmentation to anemic phone batteries without compromising portability. If you, like I, carry any sort of bag on a day to day basis you can transform it into a recharging powerhouse that lasts all week with this. I love it.

I really really really love Iñárritu, but The Revenant was 30 minutes too long and the quasispiritual angle was ....well I can’t decide if it was just a little bit misaligned with the rest of the film, or was totally hamfisted. It is to Iñárritus’ credit how well it did work even being as bonkers as it was. But I
