Next you’re going to tell me the Supra graphic was the hair pick the guy was usin.....oh damn.

Yeah looking back now at the Vita lifetime, Capcom choosing the 3DS for MH was the death knell. Still it is a worthwhile little console if only for collecting purposes.

Little column A, little column B. I would venture to say most customers were parents wanting to buy a handheld for their kids. The 3DS won almost every time. Or if they did buy a Vita, they were back within a month to trade it in towards a 3DS.

The really sad thing is that Sony was the biggest factor in it’s death. It’s almost like there was no desire at all by the company to release a follow up to the PSP, even though it was the first platform to honestly give Nintendo a halfway decent fight, even though the DS whipped it’s ass in the end, it still sold 70

One of the very first things I did when I got my Vita was go into the settings and change L/R2 to the front touchpad instead. Made everything much, MUCH better.

I’ve mained Ganondorf since Brawl. Mostly as a counter-pick to my sister’s Kirby; but his punch is so damn satisfying to pull off.

I’ve been a Luigi main since the N64 days. I've only played Ultimate a handful of times (I don't own a Switch yet) and totally felt the nerfing they have him. Still not a fan of his new grab.

im thinking you can get a lot of mileage out of a tank thats nearly the full length of the bus

Resident Evil 4, Call of Duty World at War and Monster Hunter Tri all sold over a million copies.

Rival Schools was awesome. I wish some characters ended up in Street Fighter.

Tatsunoko vs Capcom is on my list for one of the best fighting games I’ve ever played. I consider it a true sequel to the Marvel vs Capcom series in terms of mechanics and pure ridiculousness of the cast.

That didn’t stop it from getting onto the Wii U Virtual Console, so I don’t see why it would be an issue for a collection.

It popped up on the Wii U not too long ago, so it’s likely the communication channels are in place to re-license if that’s the case.

Edit: Wikipedia seems to confirm that there was never a licensing issue, and the reason it took so long to come to VC was more likely because Nintendo didn’t think anyone wanted it.

... and then not release them in the US, like the Secret of Mana trilogy. :(

Don’t get the obsession with manuals and how it ruins a car if it doesn’t have one. Sometimes a vehicle is better without one

You know what? Fuck you guys, I want an R63 now.

I mean, sure, if you can understand Japanese...

If they don’t protect it, even if the fan game doesn’t monetize their game, then the copyright holds no water in the courts when they DO want to sue. See this article about a fan hosted WoW server:

In order to have a copyright and a trademark you MUST go after all things that infringe on said intellectual property, failure to do so risks you losing your copyright. Nintendo is just doing what Nintendo has to do. They capitalize on IP, not on hardware sales.

Now playing

Weirdly enough, Steven Universe is still hand-drawn! There’s even a video out there of them flipping through the pages of Pearl singing “It’s Over Isn’t It”.
