@TheMightyEthan: I think the reason why the video shows the lines had something to do with the refresh rates of the camera. Much like when you snapped a picture of a CRT monitor, the picture shows the lines.
The tech is impressive and all, but is it expensive? I doubt that Nintendo will use it unless they can sell it at a low to medium price point without suffering any lost, much like the DSes.
