I hope not. I think both Black Mast and Scarecrow are very under represented. I was really disappointed Black Mask was such a minor detail in the game, especially after his comic relief role in the Under The Red Hood movie. I hope he gets a big role in the Gotham tv show.
the month of the issue is typically ahead of ship date. GQ, Esquire, Vogue, and just about everyone else do that.

The only way I could see this even REMOTELY working (pun not intended) is if the drone itself dropped/delivered said package(s) to a location to be held securely, while a notification is sent to the recipient informing them it is ready for pickup. Otherwise, it's not the most secure solution.
As someone who flipped the fuck out at the end of Part 1, I think that's the best course of action.

The Matrix sequels were a fun ride, and I think the story of MGS was fantastic, minus a few continuity issues.
