You certainly have a point, due to the law of conservation of detail forcing the Bechdel test through can be superfluous. However in many cases secondary roles (both with male or female protagonists) could easily be gender swapped to pass the test without any real change to the plot. As with gravity, why was there

A telepath who can't tell whom he can trust?

"Well, birthdays are merely symbolic of how another year has gone by and how little we've grown. No matter how desperate we are that someday a better self will emerge, with each flicker of the candles on the cake, we know it's not to be; that for the rest of our sad, wretched pathetic lives, this is who we are to the

Actually, L.A. Noire modeled L.A. pretty darn well, I thought. :3 Not much like contemporary Los Angeles, but for a historical recreation it was really a lot of fun to drive around and super detailed. Though I haven't been in L.A. since I was 10, so take that with a grain of salt.

The first Driver had a semi-accurate detailing of Mid-City. My friend and I drove around and found what was pretty much his house in the game (crude and blocky, but relatively same layout)

Sort of but not really. Really only the Loop has any degree of accuracy. Millennium Park and much of the Loop is done really well. The Mag (err Mad) Mile resembles it sort of but driving down the video game Michigan Avenue doesn't feel the same as the real thing....and I guess they couldnt license the water tower

not even close. They added huge rivers and bridges making it like a weird NYC but with a few iconic Chicago locations. Streets are all wrong. There's sort of a shade of the loop but it's mostly wrong. I was disappointed by this "Chicago." As someone who owns a condo on S. Wells in Printers Row.

But of course there wasn't a fatigue - it was an example of how to make an excellent sequel to an excellent movie. A good Alien movie right now would be needed to reinvigorate the franchise.

I was so hoping that would be the case with Seattle in inFAMOUS: Second Son. I live in the area, and would always get really hyped when I'd see screens of lesser landmarks like the Pink Elephant Car Wash. Knowing that Sucker Punch was located in Bellevue (basically an extension of Seattle that lies a bit to the East),

I don't know about neighborhoods, but I do know that from watching my brother play I've seen him look around and recognize paths to certain areas just from visiting.

Not exactly. It all looks accurate, but the city is much smaller. All the landmarks are there, but it's more of a caricature than an accurate model of the city. Which is good for getting around in the game. 3 things they really messed up though:

Neither James Bond nor Doctor Who were laughing in the 1980s.

And why is it hexagonal?

I see a Killer Rack Cinematic Universe...

Hmmmmmmmmmm. I'm just theorizing wildly into the air, but maybe this happened because of Marvel's strict MCU guidelines clashed with what Wright wanted to do?

Here we go again... it's a very common misconception that motion capture makes this magically happen - there's always a very talented animator behind this. I'll leave this here: http://www.cartoonbrew.com/motion-capture…

Nope, American police would shoot the driver, shoot the car, search for the calf's mother to shoot her too and they'd close the day by shooting random passersby.

It's laughable that they're going after anyone. Why should anyone in the US or outside of it comply with US law when our government at all levels simply shits all over the laws it doesn't like whenever it suits them?

I'm sure that the next US soldier captured and tortured will appreciate the subtleties involved in the arguments made by torture-apologists like VP Cheney and his daughter.
