The issue is these trailers are only new and not improved - without the ability to containerize them they are completely worthless for a vast majority of trailer traffic much of which comes from US ports on container ships. Huh? As an engineer, its rampant in many parts of our field with requiring a PE license (including years of apprenticeship) to be considered a PE. This is all over Civil, electrical, mechanical, chemical, and petroleum engineering fields. Perhaps Im reading your post wrong.
