... there are many years where the same “investment scheme” doesnt work out so well. If it was so easy to make money on borrowed $, everyone would be loaded up to debt at the ~1-3% rates we see now making “bank” on the stock market.

you can get a ticket for non-DOT approved parts - which all of these suspensions would violate. I dont have time to google the law for you.
... beyond that, installing non DOT parts (which almost all these parts are not approved for street use) is illegal in just about every state. They’re just being dicks by enforcing the laws overly strictly.
