Yep my roommate did that. He's really enjoying it as well. It's about a 3 years old and still can play most games on high settings.

1. You don't even need to be able to build your own computer to get a cheap gaming computer. There are plenty of people that will do it for your. And for not much more than you would normally spend on a pc. Hell several retailers do this, and don't even charge that much extra.

Which is also a problem on xbox and ps3. Nice try. It's actually incredibly prevalent on xbox live. Saying that it's a pc only problem is a blatant lie. Just do a google search for xbox aimbot, or ps3 aimbot and you will find out how to get them.

Even with a 600 dollar pc games would look better than killzone. As the stuff that has been shown now aren't even twice as good, and you can get insane looking things on a 600 dollar pc. Be it through mods or just the standard settings available for the games.

I built a 500 dollar computer that could run BF3 on high. The idea that you need a 2k dollar computer is long dead.

Indeed. That's where the DM was gathering some resource materials for the game. He was kind of new to the whole DM scene. Was still an interesting campaign though. The ring itself however had no powers at all. It was just good looking. The wearer of the ring could never remove it on their own.
