Any list that has the USA Today iPad app on it is a joke.

HTML5 apps just aren't going to work like iOS, Android or any other "local" OS apps anytime soon. Apps on your iPhone or Android device take long enough to load the data they have to pull from the web, imagine if the ENTIRE app had to download each time you used it, or changed the page or section.
They can't be that stupid. You are allowed to force users to register in an app, collecting their user data. Apple is only "offering" the data they already collect in iTunes accounts, they do not say you can't have a registration process.
Don't be stupid.
Sucks balls.
Because there is zero, and I mean zero, money in the Android market. We develop some of the bigges apps in the world for both OS and the distance between the two is unimaginable. While Android has become immensely popular, it is nowhere near iOS in terms of app dollars.
I downloaded this game for my kids, my iPad but they play with it often, and there is a warning that comes up when you launch like "WARNING: This app features in-app purchase for Smurfberries. You can disable these purchase in the device settings.". Anyone who says this isn't clear or is confusing is a fucking moron.
Yes, iTunes subscriptions for magazines will absolutely be included. That is if they actually ever get this app out.
Wow, I was really excited about this, but playing Larry is retarded. Whoever did this doesn't speak engrish very well and buttons are missing (you can't stand up at a couple of key points in the game), which make the game come to a grinding halt.
@Christophe Franco: PBS's content is US only.
@aquaclear: There is no Android version planned currently.
@8thManOnTheMoon: Nope.
Subscriptions should help.
@8thManOnTheMoon: What? The two are not connected. No one said the kid didn't do anything wrong, but punching a 15 year old isn't legal whether he did or didn't.
