Agreed. I post pics of my 10 year old in 'friends only' albums so friends and family all over the world can see how awesome things are going for her. No disgusting pics and mostly no embarrassing pics. We have a quirky/sarcastic sense of humor so her using her (clean!) training potty as a hat is hilarious to everyone

+1, Fellow lady Biologist here, who's supported my stay at home husband for the past 7 years.

Turkey bacon is the greatest! My local butcher makes turkey sausage too, but it must have some pork grease in it because I still get sick if I eat it. My mom is pretty good about it, but since I moved out many years ago has reverted back to putting bacon in everything. Or inviting me over for dinner when the main

It's not common, people always look at me like I'm crazy when I tell them.

Hello! There are only a few of us, you're only the second person I've ever talked to that has the same issue. My favorite are the people who think I'm faking it, that's always fun.

The nurses at the hospital refused to give her formula even while I was in surgery because I stated that I had

I've had numerous instances of harassment from men on the bus (groped, assaulted, followed home, petted, etc.) and putting a block to keep them from sitting next to me was an easy way to signal them to back off and expand my safety

Substitute bunnies for kitties and that's me. And my husband and kiddo LOVE the bunnies. We have to keep them in a separate room and I can't touch, feed, clean or go near them. And I ALWAYS want to. Fuck the allergies.

This.

Wow, same thing happened to me at NMSU. Ended up transferring to UNM and losing the scholarship. What a fucked up small world....

Our kiddo is 10 and we are already planning on giving her her dad's old phone (voice and text only) in the next year or so. We're a cell only household and with her busy schedule (school, music, soccer) and our unpredictable work schedules it would irresponsible to leave her without any communication for the brief
