Have driven, can confirm.

I don’t even know where to begin. It’s somehow worse than an unabashed kit car. It’s like a Death Adder, that though being an elapid, looks like a viper as a result of convergent evolution. You can tell it’s not a taipan or such, but the look just isn’t quite ‘right’ for a viper. This clearly does not present as a

So because I’m able to grasp simple economics and apply basic reasoning and math to arrive at an inevitable and logical conclusion, I must have the profession that you so hate? Interesting. What’s sad is the utter lack of comprehension and intelligence you apply to your pathetic posts.

And yet people like you are still too stupid to realize that MFR direct sales will make cars MORE expensive, rather than less.

You seem to be under the erroneous impression that incentives are set at the dealer level, rather than the MFR level.

Except they could have been taking markup out of the car and adding it to trade allowance, which is an extremely common practice. How a professional of the industry such as yourself could fail to mention this is quite baffling.

That’s cool and all, but that watch is still dope AF!

Here in STL where I am, I would say probably half of current traffic flow on the local highways is averaging a good 20-25 over. It’s nice.

This is not 100% true. Just because you got 0% financing does not mean you paid more than you would have otherwise. MFR’s can and do sometimes stack 0% with a fixed rebate or cash allowance offer. Especially if the incentive is what is considered ‘dealer cash’, rather than a customer rebate.

This is not always the case. MFR’s do often add 0% to current cash back/rebate offers. Sometimes they are in lieu of, but not always.

It doesn’t even need to be front-engined, it just needs......to look better. Because it looks pretty bad.

WELL DUH

Why?

Ah, fair enough. Yeah, in the not so distant past, they weren’t separated by much, if any.

Seriously. I own and like VW’s, but they are NOWHERE near Volvo luxury quality levels.

Uh, you have lost your mind. I work for a dealer group with both VW and Volvo, and Volvo’s materials, design, fit/finish, refinement, and just general feel of build quality are leagues better than VW’s. And I say that as a 3 VW-owner.

The color combo is fine. I actually dig the interior.

Yeah, this method works great. Until....

For every scummy dealer asking you your trade payoff so they can lowball you on the appraisal- which is totally stupid and ineffective, btw- there is some idiot who is 10K upside on his trade and wanting to buy a more expensive vehicle and lower his payment who won’t divulge trade info because he doesn’t want to ‘get t

Impressive mustard arsenal you have there. I myself generally only keep a handful in stock. A traditional yellow, a nice think stone ground, a smooth dijon, a spicy horseradish, and something in the sweet/honey realm.
