A lame duck like every other Subaru.

I had hopes to pick up a manual V8 R8 in a few years, but it looks as though I missed my window of opportunity. The cars have already bottomed out on value and are starting to climb at this point. Another one gone.

Wow, this actually looks like a solid effort from Toyota.

Disagree. Try a daily commute on the highway with the little 4 cylinder in your Honda or whatever buzzing at 3,000rpm endlessly and get back to us.

Wow, that is stunning. It’s like the Singer treatment.

Cool. Subaru will build this in like 3-4 years, in an extremely watered down form, and it’ll be powered by a 250~hp turbo-4 and a CVT. And Subaru fans will lose their damn minds over it.

Holy sweet mother of dear lawd......so much absolute want. Save your 488 Pista, Rimac, Senna, and whatnot, and give me this.

I actually think it’s even uglier.

Or maybe, you know, your interpretation and comprehension skills are irredeemably wack.

It’s not leaving money on the table anymore than building a sub-Boxster car, a new 928, a standard spec non-RS GT2, a RWD Targa, a manual Turbo, etc, etc, etc.

I love these things! There’s a dealer/service center about a mile or so from where I work that has one on their showroom. I drool over it every time I drive by.

The car is designed to be as track capable as possible, and to very much align with their race-spec 911's. A manual isn’t as capable as PDK on a track. You can argue that all you want, but you’d be wrong.

A manual GT3 RS defeats the purpose of the car in the first place. That’s coming from someone who loves manuals, and has driven practically every iteration of 991 gen 911 there is.

This is an incredibly daft and short sighted article. And the author seems to know as much given the next to last paragraph.

I have a great suggestion for NPOCP. How do I do so?

50K?!?!?!?! For a damaged car with no title that has sat unused for the better part of a decade?? What’s the saying about a fool and his money.....

IF it actually goes into our infrastructure- highways, bridges, etc, etc- I’ll be the first in line to support a 50¢ tax increase on gas.

Lol, none of this makes a damn bit of sense.

The two biggest and most recent-

Good suggestion. Actually quite fun little things to toss around.
