Is AppleCare still sold in a box?
“Wait, it still arrives in boxes?”
Um, building your rigs is still popular you know. This is mainly to please that crow, and considering they’re likely a tech-savvy bunch I’d say it’s a smart thing to do. A matter of perspective, Windows is everywhere so the more ways to get the new versions the better.
Aunt May is, and has always been, 85. Hollywood refuses to cast 40-year-old-women as the wives of 50-year-old men because “that’s too old” (remember that? last month?). They’ve been ramping up the “throw women away pat their expiration date” problems, and this? Marisa TOmei is 50. In Hollywood terms, she might as well…
She was always depicted as the significantly older Sister-in-law of Peter’s parents, so the age difference was plausible.
just because its done from a desk, doesnt mean they are doing less. maybe less physical work but all of what these people do takes time to research and produce. saying its ridiculous for a lore channel to make money is like saying its ridiculous for journalists to make money off what they do. they both require…
Setting yourself up to get into a standard career and get an employer to give you a salary isn’t the only way to make money and it definitely isn’t a guarantee you’ll be making a lot of it. Capitalizing on trends, taking risks and doing something not a lot of people do sometimes pays off better than the alternative.
Chances are, the people in charge of you get paid hefty wages for actually doing LESS than you do also. I don’t understand that either. :/
Google’s hilarious translation of the video isn’t helping much, but they seem to think that Occupy’s “we are the 99%” slogan means that only 1% of Americans have homes, with everyone else living on the streets. I guess a news organisation that makes a world map as inaccurate as the one at the start of the video is…
Here is someone else who is looking pretty well fed....
The OneDrive music locker is actually pretty nice if you like being in control. Since it’s a straight up file system, you just copy files over and manage it like that. No syncing, no worrying if files matched correctly. No syncing problems with disappearing songs like some people are now seeing with Google’s music…
it’s streaming until you manually choose to download the track(s) which then makes it available for offline playback. and you can sort your tracks by streaming, purchased, offline, etc. you don’t need authentication for offline tracks. you probably just added tracks to your collection not knowing you were only adding…
so many mistakes... don’t even know where to start... I guess the biggest thing is messaging which has been the service’s biggest problem.
I had it picked out before the GIF finished loading. It’s the only one that’s a different color.
This is a very important move. I doubt any non-gamers would be interested in “Xbox” anything. Poor branding for what should be a device independent service.
the new app is getting OneDrive integration that mimics some of the storage locker options offered by Google Play Music and Apple Music
It’s worth noting that their catalog is one of the biggest out there (beating iTunes, Spotify, and Google Play).
