Yeah, well, there are sadder tales of shutdowns that I've heard.... That Game Room was complete shit in concept and implementation. Not that I'd like to see them crash and burn over it, mind you. But, this story doesn't carry the same "that's a damn shame" effect as Ensemble, 3D Realms, etc., IMO.....

@Roth: Been a LONG time since I played that fantastic game. But, I don't remember it taking a month and a half to take out Vader...

Raven has done some high-quality work in its day. With all the top-tier developers biting the bullet, it seems as if that's somehow become a liability instead of an asset these days....

@boopadoo: See the director's cut on bluray - it's quite good. I saw it in the theater and KINDA liked it; but I really enjoyed the director's cut. I can't pinpoint what was added and/or subtracted; it just seemed to flow better than I recalled it in the theater.
