When my wife broke the screen on her ipad (air 2), I found out the black friday price of a new one (ipad 6) was cheaper than getting the screen repaired (after trading in the old one), so I bought her a new one.

I just use a 15' hdmi cable.  That way the system is within reach for when I want to reset it, also.

I see a ton of Infinitis going into rental fleets in the “Premium” or “Luxury” classes.

Customer loyalty depends on their car being equal to the other guys. I loved my wife’s ecoboost flex and when I was looking to replace my accord with a new plug in sedan the first car I looked at was the Fusion PHEV. But I couldn’t justify buying one compared to the competition.

What happens with loser pays is that plaintiffs take out an insurance policy which covers the costs of the defendants lawyers if they lose; if they win, they tack the premium onto the claim.  It’s what used to happen in the UK until big corporations asked them to kill loser pays because paying the insurance premiums…
