CAR OF THE YEAR:
CAR OF THE YEAR:
Does anyone have experience with non toxic coolant? I understand it’s a lot safer to keep around, and I have kids and dogs.
It’s probably a trade retaliation to the US chicken tax.
Yep. It’s why Ford imports the transit connect as a five-passenger van, then tears out the seats and windows stateside.
When my dad bought his 2005 S4, I took the opportunity to test drive a TT roadster, which had been my dream car since it debuted.
Jesus fucking christ. White people are crazy.
I drove up the PCH from long beach in a rented Volvo V60 and had a blast.
The problem that I see with this is that you equate treating you with civility - treating you as human - as treating you like you’re white. What would “treating you like you’re black” entail? Never mind. Don’t answer that.
White people who aren’t total assholes need to confront this shit when it happens.
So. I haven’t really said anything about this dumpster fire of an election to anyone, because I’m a suburban black guy who manages an office of white staff. People think I’m white on the phone until they hear my name. I have a white wife and kids who pass.
Yeah. Yeah. Thought it over long and hard and the fact of the matter is this is a status quo I’m familiar with. I know what I’m doing, and I’ve known since before they were born. It’s why my kids have WASP names and go to private school in the suburbs. They’ll be like me, only because they pass, they won’t be on…
Lord Vader, your car is ready.
As a black man who talks white enough to fit in to white suburbia well I am surrounded by coded racism constantly.
I saw garbage in concert last year.
Holy shit, I’m not the only brother on deadspin!
I looked it up. Curb weight of the ecoboost is 4950.
Yeah but I don’t know the curb weight off hand. For the AWD ecoboost I think it’s somewhere in the 5500 pound range.
The second row of the flex is comfortable enough for my 6'6" brother in law. (Third row, not so much.)
Yeah, I don’t know how many people paid over $50k for a flex. One of the big draws for me was how much dealers were willing to discount it.
The flex is bigger than the explorer. With the seats down you can fit a twin mattress in the back.
