I am not seeing this app within Cydia. What is the Source?

iGoogle with gMail, Google Docs, gCal, Remember the Milk, and Google Maps on first sheet and a bunch of timewaster junk on second sheet.

I doubt you are causing any significant hazard, as the small piece with the flip out prongs does not have a third, ground, prong either.
