Michael’s favorite movie was The Boogens (1981). One of the best Newharts is the Halloween episode, Take Me To Your Loudon, and it is mentioned there and in several other episodes. The Boogens features Anne-Marie Martin, who was Hammer’s partner on Sledge Hammer!, and cowrote Twister with then husband Michael Crichton.
