I never said I can't use it is all the evidence you need. I said that people can't use it. I haven't met a single person before you that could use it 100% of the time. (Or at all in many cases.) And even then I think it's bullshit that you haven't met a single person without issues. And since you are in the habit of

Why would he want to move to one of those countries when he could live a similar lifestyle for cheaper in China? :p

I don't. I'm not complaining about using it. I'm complaining about the idea that more games might be made for it. Maybe even by companies that are actually capable when it comes to making games. Companies that could be making other games for better controllers.

Oh, I forgot to add: I'm not bashing it based on one bit of anecdotal evidence. I'm bashing it based upon thousands of bits of anecdotal evidence. I have only seen a handful of bits of anecdotal evidence towards the idea that it's actually good.

I haven't had a poor experience with mine. I know countless others who have.

I am able to use it. I am highly aware of my surroundings. Nice try saying I'm inept with it. It's a piece of shit because it doesn't add to any games it's a part of other than dancing games and it requires that you be highly aware of how it works. On top of that it doesn't work well with certain body types. My friend

I don't like the Oculus Rift. It's uncomfortable, painful on my eyes and I don't see how it can be used for games. But it's better than kinect and suchlike as it doesn't require you flail around wildly. (Thus removing you from a controller that is actually capable when it comes to core game genres.)

You're a statistical minority in that you have no problems in a small room. :p

It has been out for awhile now. And it's a steaming pile of shit that is only capable of playing one type of game.

I just don't want to see it forced onto games that really don't benefit from it to meet Microsoft's kinect quota. But that is probably wishing for too much.

Congratulations. You are a statistical minority.

I'll believe that when I see it work in a game. Until then it's a piece of junk that raises the cost of the X1. Afterall... The first one had "pretty good potential." And we saw how that worked out.

Because it's a piece of crap that is only good for dancing and doesn't work unless you have the required amount of room? (Although it doesn't really work much when you do have the room either.)

"I hope they release a lot of games that utilize the Kinect."

I did mention survival, actually. (After fascist oppression.) It's very hard to be depressed when you are fighting to survive.

I'd say that existential awareness is one aspect of it. Another is a lack of goals. Previous generations have, to a lesser extent, had some driving force behind them. Whether that was blind patriotism/nationalism due to indoctrination, a looming threat of fascist oppression or merely trying to survive.

The reason projects I have lead so far become more relaxed as time goes on is due to the fact that during my estimates I build in a comfortable cushion that, whilst putting a budget up slightly in quotations and sometimes expanding a time frame, allows for variables that are inevitable.

If you have a project manager who doesn't fully understand and comply with ISOs whilst not paying for a consultant to advise on a project to make up for that lack of knowledge then yeah, that's pretty much a prime example of mismanagement. They might seem out of place at times but ISOs, (especially 9001,) do have

Just because you have been the one to mismanage the work schedule doesn't mean you are a good source on the topic. I have worked in several projects that have been finished prior to a deadline with no final sprint involved.

PC Specs sure are an endlessly moving target.
