Erotic doesn't mean sexualisation. Silly. They can arouse someone without being blatantly reduced to just an object of arousal. It's just a really hard balance to strike.

The easiest way I have found to 'grind' is to get good equipment, especially on a heavy, and send them to low priority missions alone or with one other.
