I haven't crashed a car as a driver, but I did have a early to mid 90's Olds Cutlass run its driver side down a cultivator on a John Deere I was driving. Bikes and ATV's are another story though, lol.

I'd have to go with NP as I was a child of the 80's and grew up watching Tom Sellick thrash a 308GTS every week. It might not be the fastest ever, but the design is clean by the standard of the day, and you don't have the Gillette Fusion side vents the Testarossa and 348 had to deal with. Sure the 355 might be faster,

A fellow in town has one exactly like that aside from Ansen Sprint wheels. I haven't ever seen him drive it though.

@$kaycog: The rear most window has an upright pillar, leading me to think its a 46 Ford, both the Plymouth and Chevy have some forward rake.

1. 1980 Audi 4000 (sold)

When Ramons cellmate finds out he was a meter maid, he might sing this to him while they make sweet love.

Are you sure thats not a Hyabusa? If you ever go to Japan you'll discover Mitsubishi has their hands in almost everything over there.

I'm leaning towards 1981 as well. It seemed to be the low tide before the cars I cared about started getting better. Ford's 255 V8 made the Mustang a dog, the 81 Camaro was less than spectacular, Corvettes had horsepower numbers that would be shameful in a Civic nowadays, Toyota Celicas looked like pure shit, Z cars

@Baby Beater Benz: Maybe the turbos come on hard. Still no excuse for driving like an ass though.

I'd absolutely pay $19,500 for this, probably my favorite Italian non supercar ever.

That kind of makes me sad. But it also makes me think I could do much much better at making a Caddy Shack.

@rotaryfreakjoe: The first rule of Italian driving.... What's behind you is unimportant. Raul Julia, Gumball Rally.

Probably my favorite Japanese car of all time, but I gotta call CP on the price. Also, where do you get Devon Aoki ice cream cones?

I'm sure the EV1's 35 mile range and astronomical costs for a battery replacement (not to mention battery disposal costs) had nothing to do with it's demise. If I had $150k to spend right now I'd be all over this. I'm generally a Ford guy, but I have a big soft spot for old Ponchos.

Nearly new it might be, it's still a Matador. It's not as good looking as its competition, and its not worth $16k. CP. It looks like a Pinto Grande.
