Altruistically testing your anti-virus software.

You have to know that the timing of the video board and the bleachers are completely unrelated, right? The bleachers were delayed because the city dragged their feet fixing issues with the water main beneath the stadium. Construction couldn’t start until the city crews were done, and the city does not give a shit

Because its gonna look great.

I don’t quite understand the criticism here. Would playing in a shit ballpark be preferable to playing in a renovated, more profitable ball park? If no, how would you suggest the Cubs accomplish this? For once, the business side of the Cubs is doing the right thing and have been very transparent in relaying

Fans who regularly sit in the bleachers at Wrigley Field may not be able to enjoy games in April and May this year, but at least they'll be getting bonus October baseball for the first time in awhile (Not a joke)

So it's the one fucking day you deserve it.

Actually once it is done it will be very nice. It won't be very nice this year though. And of course, you do the Deadspin thing by labeling them "douche-bros" and acting all SHOCKED that owners are trying to increase revenue. Believe me, most Cub fans I know are absolutely fine with this project - that it is time

Honestly, if you (1) went to Syracuse, (2) played lacrosse, (3) looked like a douchy frat asshole, and (4) were named "Hayes McGinley," how could you not totally expect to get the Jesus Fucking Christ beat out of you at least once in your life by a guy named Big Jim Whitcomb.

It certainly looks like the cop did dangerously nearly pin the biker against the barrier (though the biker likely could've stopped behind the car and avoided it), but hold on a second here....

OK, I get that was a douche bag move by the officer. But what the fuck was the deal with the camera person. He speeds up in traffic to get his footage, then almost takes out both the biker and the cop (when the cop makes his douche bag move) while laying on the horn in the process. Then proceeds to stalk the cop

Yeah! Hell, why not just shoot him from the patrol car? THAT would put an end to it!

the driver of the filming car sped up to the scene then hit the horn because the officer was slowing down? Idiot. This guy is the real asshole, he was reckless.

+1 for being corny

In fact, when I used to go to elementary school, if you got tossed out of any kickball event, that was a one-game sitout from the Playground Blacktop Association, automatically. One full pout on top of the one you got tossed from, and I wish they'd just go to that rule in the NCAA's (which is used for foursquare)

Grandpa, you okay? It's the NCAA Tournament, and he lost his cool. No one is injured, kid is paying a big price. If you can't handle that's enough, don't watch sports

This kid has had a rough life. Step-dad murdered his mom right in front of him when he was 10.

Yeah man, looks like a huge douchebag! Except he's a kid from a poor area of Memphis who is dealing with anger issues resulting from when his stepdad shot and killed his mom when he was 10.

Nobody cares about your high school.

Sorry, nope. Basketball uses the basketball rulebook instead of the football rulebook. Crazy, I know. Flagrant 2 is ejection, not a suspension.

I was also a fanatical 90s bball fan. And I can't see how the Bulls of the 90s played an ugly style. Or the Blazers. Or the Rockets, Jazz, Sonics, Suns, Magic, Warriors (Run-TMC and the Spree-era).
