My feeling is that Speed2.com will become the FSN version of Watch ESPN/ESPN3

FOX has owned & Controlled the channel for over a decade now.....

FOX last year signed a "mutli-year" contract to show the 24hrs of Le Mans. No idea how many years that is but I figure "multi-year" means atleast 2013 & 2014.

FOX bought the station way back in like 2000 or 2001, the plan to turn it into an all sports station didn't happen until NBC & CBS decided to make their own station to compete against ABCs sports station called ESPN. NASCAR made the channel & FOX bought it because of NASCAR. F1 isn't on the channel anymore because FOX wasn't serious about putting in a bid for the F1 coverage contract. They put in a real lowball bid just so they could say "well we put in a bid they just didn't like it" instead of flatout saying "we didn't bid…

I've always throught part of the decline in the interest in NASCAR over the past 8 or so years is actually because of all the over-exposure it's now getting. Why should I take time out of my day to watch practice/qualifying/race live when I can watch replays of them 15 times during the week....

It's not like they just bought it, they've owned it for more then a decade.

But this accident wasn't caused by pack racing, heck the NNS cars don't really pack race that much. The accident was caused because 1 driver tried to block & caused people to start wrecking & piling into the wreck.

The limited view from being on the inside of the track isn't really any different then a Road Course or the Indy frontstretch or heck even in those lower seats at Daytona (& the bigger tracks) you can't really see the entire track.

I'm of the belief that the biggest reason Sexism & Racism still exist in this world is because of media outlets who always drum-up crap looking for a story & the sheeple that buy into it.

You hit the nail on the head as far as the biggest thing to come out of the announcement. The developers can know legally acknowledge that the PS4 exist and that they are developing games for it, they can interact with the fans on their various forms of social media about "What would you like to see in our PS4 games"…
