Heh, yep. It's fun to have "our" cops shine you in the face, blinding you. Just grabbing my own and shining them in the face (They do NOT like that btw :P ).

I actually have a MagLite 4D flashlight. And it's the real deal (and freaking heavy too). But it was far from 95$! I think it was 30 euro or something. Real good flashlights don't need to be expensive.
